新课标把教学总体目标定位在知识和技能、过程和方法以及情感、态度和价值观三个维度,这说明新课标已把许多技能、方法、能力、交往、态度、体会、情感等方面的只可意会不可言传的知识学习放到了突出的位置。因为学习这些知识要靠主体在行动中体验,在内心反思通过感受最终感悟而获得,所以课程实施者组织体验和反思学习的任务是非常突出的。其实这对于教师的学习更为重要,比如教师怎样的教学行为能有效引导体验和反思呢?这时,我们不妨以课例为载体,依据一定方法做一些感受性教与学的努力,在行为的跟进中体验与反思。
