目的:本实验为了研究藏药波棱瓜子总木脂素对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法:用56度北京红星二锅头白酒建立小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,用波棱瓜子总木脂素35mg/ml,25mg/ml和15mg/ml作为实验组,实验第31天,取肝脏,计算肝质量指数,测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,测定肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、Na+-K+-ATP酶并且进行肝脏病理学检查。结果:与模型组比较,波棱瓜子总木脂素25mg/kg降低小鼠血清AST和ALT的活力效果最为显著;波棱瓜子总木脂素35、25mg/kg提高小鼠肝脏Na+-K+-ATP酶、GSH-Px和SOD的活力,波棱瓜子总木脂素35、25mg/kg降低小鼠肝脏XOD和MDA的活力;HE显示各组肝细胞不同程度的损伤,部分肝细胞坏死,与模型组比较波棱瓜子总木脂素各组细胞破坏程度较轻。结论:波棱瓜子总木脂素对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤具有保护作用,其机制与其提高机体抗氧化作用相关。

CONCLUSION: The total lignan of balsam pear has a protective effect on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice, and its mechanism is related to the enhancement of the body’s antioxidation.
