在班主任管理中,对学生的批评教育在所难免。近些年来,学生大多为独生子女,家长相对溺爱,很多学生的心理承受能力较弱,不少教师不敢批评学生,甚至无视学生违纪。鉴于此等现象,老师或班主任对学生的批评要注意策略。教育批评要先尊重学生,理解和信任学生;教育批评要实事求是,明确批评目的;教育批评要讲究策略;最后还要做好教育批评之后的善后工作。
In class teacher management, criticism of students is inevitable. In recent years, most of the students are only children and their parents are relatively spoiled. Many students have a weak psychological endurance. Many teachers are afraid to criticize students and even ignore student discipline. In view of these phenomena, teachers or teacher in charge of class to pay attention to tactics. Educational criticism must first respect students, understand and trust students; educational criticism should seek truth from facts and clarify the purpose of criticism; education criticism should pay attention to strategies; and finally, do the good after-work after educational criticism.
