十六大报告首次提出,要正确处理虚拟经济和实体经济的关系。对于虚拟经济这个新名词,很多人还等同于对泡沫经济的认识。其实,我们应该象二十年前认识第三产业的重要性一样来认识虚拟经济的重要性。
The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward for the first time that it is necessary to correctly handle the relationship between the fictitious economy and the real economy. For the new term fictitious economy, many people are also equivalent to the bubble economy. In fact, we should understand the importance of the fictitious economy in the same way we know the importance of the tertiary industry 20 years ago.
