报道了在微波辅助下,以水作溶剂,NaOH为碱,碘作为催化剂,一步反应生成环核苷类化合物的简单快速方法,避免了传统的两步以上的合成路线。得到的环核苷类化合物通过核磁共振谱进行了结构确认。
The simple and rapid method of producing cyclic nucleosides by one-step reaction with water as solvent, NaOH as base and iodine as catalyst is reported, which avoids the traditional two-step synthetic route. The obtained cyclic nucleosides were confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
