新试剂邻甲氧基苯基重氮氨基偶氨苯的合成及对其光度测定汞(Ⅱ)的研究。在pH10的缓冲溶液中,以 Triton X-100为增溶增敏剂,Hg-MDAA 络合物的最大吸收位于517nm 处。其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.80×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。25ml 溶液中0~11μg Hg 符合比耳定律。用本法测定了废水中的汞(Ⅱ),回收率在97.5~103.5%之间。
Synthesis of a New Reagent o - Methoxyphenyldiazoamino - benzene and Its Photometric Determination of Mercury (Ⅱ). The maximum absorption of the Hg-MDAA complex was at 517 nm with Triton X-100 as a solubilizing sensitizer in a pH 10 buffer solution. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.80 × 10 ~ 5l · mol -1 (cm -1). 0 ~ 11μg Hg in 25ml solution complies with Beer’s law. The mercury (Ⅱ) in waste water was determined by this method and the recovery rate was between 97.5 and 103.5%.
