针对青海油田酸化后采用抽子抽汲排酸中存在抽汲深度浅、抽汲强度低、残酸排出量少、排液速度慢、时间长,从而导致酸液对油层造成二次沉淀污染等问题,研究开发了酸化与排液联作工艺,并研制了与该工艺管柱配套使用的滑套式喷射泵和液压封隔器。经现场应用表明,该工艺在缩短作业工期,减轻现场工人劳动强度的同时,具有连续排酸、抽吸液面深、返排及时且解堵效果明显等优势,有效防止了酸液二次沉淀对油层造成的污染。
