为了充分发挥劳模在职工中的示范引领作用,为职工搭建岗位建功立业和创新的平台,激发广大职工的积极性和创造性,促进企业持续稳定健康发展,广州市总工会全面开展了创建劳模创新工作室、技师创新工作室的活动。文章以广州广重汽轮机分公司工会为例,介绍了广重汽轮机分公司工会在创建与开展劳模(高技能人才)创新工作室活动中的创新点、实践性、实际效果以及遇到的问题,以供类似的企业工会组织借鉴与参考。
