应用型人才培养方案的制定是目前各转型高校面临的当务之急,各课程授课模式皆有待进一步调整,传统的课上灌输式教学方式已经无法适应应用型人才的培养需求,《建筑装饰材料与构造》是一门工程技术课程,要求实践性、操作性,因此,利用教师科研项目式教学模式正适合该课程的特点及应用型人才的培养,使学生在实践中学习,为应用而学习,有利于学生自主学习、实战学习、创新性学习能力的培养。
The formulation of applied talents training program is the top priority of all colleges and universities in transition at present. The teaching modes of all courses are subject to further adjustment. The traditional in-class teaching methods have not been able to adapt to the training needs of applied talents. The “Building Decoration Materials and Structures” Is an engineering technology course that requires practicality and operability. Therefore, using the project model of teacher research project is suitable for the characteristics of the course and the cultivation of applied talents so that students can learn in practice and study for application, which is beneficial to Students learn independently, combat learning, innovative learning ability.
