3月16日,省通信管理局组织召开读书交流报告会,会议总结了2015年开展“全员悦读,书香机关”读书活动情况,6名职工代表阐述了一年来参加读书活动的深切感悟。省通信管理局局长刘茂先,副局长梁作君、姚家康分别为24名同志颁发了2015年“读书名星”、“读书达人”和“读书新星”荣誉证书。会上,刘茂先局长表示,全局干部职工要继承和发扬已经形成的良好学风,坚持以“全员悦读,书香机关”建设活动为统领,持续推进学习型机关、学习型党组织建设。并对书香机关建设
