集群企业升级能为集群升级奠定微观基础,然而以往研究对集群企业升级途径和机制的关注相对不足。结合转型经济这一特定情境,从制度网络和公司创业的角度揭示集群企业升级的过程机制。以浙江省四个传统产业集群中的企业为调研对象,实证研究表明,公司创业对集群企业升级具有积极影响,而本地与超本地制度网络均有利于推进集群企业的公司创业。最后讨论了研究的理论意义和实际意义。
The upgrading of cluster enterprises can lay a microcosmic foundation for the upgrading of clusters. However, previous studies have paid insufficient attention to the upgrade pathways and mechanisms of cluster enterprises. Combined with the specific circumstances of the transition economy, we reveal the process mechanism of cluster enterprises upgrading from the perspective of institutional networks and corporate entrepreneurship. Taking the four traditional industrial clusters in Zhejiang Province as the research object, the empirical research shows that the corporate entrepreneurship has a positive impact on the upgrading of the cluster enterprises. Both the local and super local institutional networks are conducive to promoting the startup of the cluster enterprises. Finally, the theoretical and practical significance of the research is discussed.
