此病为临床上少见病例,现将我院发现一例报告如下: 患者男性,36岁,8年来吃水果蔬菜后多次发生双下肢驰缓性瘫痪。82年8月25日食用大量西红柿后4小时先感双下肢无力继而瘫痪,急诊入院。查体:Bp:120/80mmHg,一般检查均正常。双下肢肌力Ⅰ级,肌张力减弱,腱反射(+),锥体束征未引出,无深浅感觉障碍。血常规正常,血钾26mg%,心电图T波呈峰型增高,符合高血钾型改变。经应用20%葡萄糖500ml加普通胰岛素16单位快速静滴治疗,患者肢体功能恢复,第二天出院。经随访,患者食低钾食物,当感体肢无力时服用葡萄糖粉,2年来从未发作。无家族史。

The application of 20% glucose 500ml plus normal intravenous infusion of 16 units of rapid intravenous infusion, the patient recovered limb function, discharged the next day. After follow-up, patients with low-potassium foods, when feeling physically weak when taking glucose powder, 2 years never attack. No family history.
