白内障患眼眼底状况是决定人工晶体植入术后视功能好坏最重要的因素之一,也是决定是否需要植入人工晶体的重要依据。这对于并发性白内障、外伤性白内障尤为重要。我们在术中一期人工晶体植入前选择性地进行眼底检查,避免了无意义或意义不大的人工晶体植入。现报告如下。材料与方法1992年3月—1992年9月我科收治白内障93例,年龄分布于3—85岁,60岁以上
The status of the ocular fundus is one of the most important determinants of visual function after intraocular lens implantation. It is also an important basis for deciding whether to implant an intraocular lens. This is particularly important for congenital cataract and traumatic cataract. We ophthalmologically performed selective intraocular lens implantation prior to the first intraocular lens implantation to avoid meaningless or insignificant intraocular lens implantation.
