目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方莪术油栓中莪术醇含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%醋酸溶液(55∶45)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,柱温为35℃,检测波长为203 nm,进样量为20μl。结果:莪术醇的浓度在10.36~518.20μg.ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为106.92%,RSD=1.86%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快捷、灵敏度高、专属性强、重复性好,可作为复方莪术油栓中莪术醇含量的测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of curcumol in compound Curcuma oil by HPLC. Methods: The column was Agilent C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid solution (55:45) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 by high performance liquid chromatography The column temperature was 35 ℃, the detection wavelength was 203 nm and the injection volume was 20μl. Results: Curcumol had good linearity (r = 1.000 0) in the range of 10.36 ~ 518.20 μg.ml-1 with an average recovery of 106.92% and RSD = 1.86% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, specific and reproducible. It can be used as a method for the determination of Curcumol in Compound Curcuma.
