目的建立香藤的生药学鉴定方法。方法采用性状鉴别、微性状鉴别、组织横切及粉末显微鉴定、显微图片合成等方法对香藤生药进行鉴别分析。结果客家习用药物香藤,为本研究首次报道,来源于瓜馥木Fissistigma oldhamii(Hemsl.)Merr.的干燥地上部分。性状特征表现为暗棕褐色的干燥茎叶。显微特征为茎叶均被黄褐色非腺毛,长约250~500μm,常具节状棕黄色的油质内含物。粉末中含有较多的非腺毛、草酸钙方晶、孔纹导管、具乳突的表皮细胞,少量石细胞和淀粉粒散在。其中具内含物的非腺毛、乳突状表皮细胞的特征可作为香藤生药的主要鉴别点。结论研究结果为香藤的药材鉴别、质量标准和资源利用提供科学依据。
Objective To establish the method of identification of medicinal herbs of vines. Methods Identification of micro-traits, identification of tissue micro-structures, tissue cross-section and powder microscopic identification, microscopic picture synthesis and other methods were used to identify and analyze Medicinal Herbal Medicine. The results of the Hakka herb drug vines, for the first time reported in this study, derived from the dried aerial parts of Fissistigma oldhamii (Hemsl.) Merr. Character traits showed dark brown dry stems and leaves. Microscopic features of the stems and leaves were brown non-glandular hair, about 250 ~ 500μm, often with tan-like brown oily inclusions. Powder contains more non-glandular hair, calcium oxalate crystal, pore pattern duct, papillary epidermal cells, a small amount of stone cells and starch particles scattered. Including non-glandular trichomes, papillary epidermal cells can be used as the main identification point of the vine medicine. Conclusions The results provide scientific basis for the identification of medicinal materials, quality standards and resource utilization of the vine.
