本文研究了在溴化十六烷基吡啶存在下苯基荧光酮与镁的显色反应。结果表明,在碱性介质(pH12.0)中,镁与苯基荧光酮溴化十六烷基吡啶生成蓝色三元络合物。镁与苯基荧光酮的组成比为1:3,络合物最大吸收位于607nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.20×10~5;镁量在0—12μg/50mL范围内符合比尔定律。用EGTA掩蔽钙后将方法用于钠基膨润土中交换性镁量的测定,获得了满意的结果。
In this paper, the color reaction of phenylfluorone with magnesium in the presence of cetylpyridinium bromide was studied. The results show that magnesium forms a ternary blue complex with phenylfluorone cetylpyridinium bromide in alkaline medium (pH 12.0). The composition ratio of magnesium to phenylfluorone was 1: 3, the maximum absorption of the complex was at 607 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity was 1.20 × 10 ~ 5. Beer ’s law was obeyed in the range of 0-12 μg / 50 mL. After masking calcium with EGTA, the method was applied to the determination of exchangeable magnesium content in sodium bentonite and satisfactory results were obtained.
