“诚信友爱”是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要目标,也是推进和实现社会和谐的必然要求和客观条件。然而,当前在我国却存在信用不足的现象,其原因在于社会转型期人们的道德困惑、产权制度存在缺陷、行政改革不到位和历史文化传统的负面影响。要提升信用水平,应建立信用制度和加强产权保护,建设法治政府和信用政府,大力营造“信用文化”。
“Honesty and fraternity ” is an important goal of building a harmonious socialist society and an inevitable requirement and an objective condition for promoting and realizing social harmony. However, the current credit insufficiency exists in our country due to the people’s moral confusion, the defects of the property rights system, the imperfect administrative reform and the negative impact of the historical and cultural traditions in the social transition. To enhance the credit level, a credit system should be established and property rights protection strengthened. A government ruled by law and a credit government should be established to create “credit culture.”
