党的十四届四中全会《决定》指出,在各种所有制的企业中都要加强党的工作,没有党组织的要积极创造条件建立党的组织,开展党的活动。那么,在私营企业中如何贯彻这一精神?看来这并不是一道容易解答的问题。
The “Decision” of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party pointed out that the work of the party must be strengthened in all kinds of ownership-oriented enterprises. No party organization should actively create conditions to establish the party’s organization and carry out the party’s activities. So, how is this spirit implemented in the private sector? It seems that this is not an easy question to answer.
