8月24日,上海世博会瑞典馆,国际著名的矿山机械设备制造商——山特维克矿山工程机械研发中心成立的序幕正式拉开,山特维克矿山工程机械总裁拉尔斯·约瑟夫松在揭幕仪式上表示:“该研发中心将致力于结合当地技术的优势,开发符合中国市场的产品;并且通过引进山特维克世界先进的工程技术和设计能力,作为其中国本地生产基地和组装工厂的支持和服务中心。短期内,该研发中心将发展其工程方面的功能,并在2010年底开始与其在概念设计方面的功能并行运作。”
