近年来,江苏省委省政府十分重视中小企业的扶持工作,先后颁布实施系列关于管理中小企业技术创新的法规和规范性文件,主要包括《江苏省中小企业促进条例》《江苏省政府关于鼓励和促进科技创新创业若干政策的通知》《江苏省科技型中小企业技术创新资金管理办法》《江苏省人民政府关于促进中小企业平稳健康发展的意见》《关于促进中小企业提高自主创新能力的意见》等,从金融财税等方面为江苏中小企业开展自主创新提供了良好环境。
