山东理工大学学报(社科版)主编尹玉吉的论文《关于学术期刊“困境与出路”问题讨论的反思》,获2005年山东社会科学的最高政府奖——优秀社会科学成果奖一等奖。尹玉吉不是中国编辑学会会员,但是他关心、研究编辑学,研究编辑的理论与实践已有多年,也发表过不少论文,曾被评为山东省“十佳理论工作者”和全国“优秀社会科学学报主编”。
