本卷组稿和编辑期间,党中央和国务院就政务公开连续发布了两个重要文件:先是中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅于今年年初印发了《关于全面推进政务公开工作的意见》,之后国务院办公厅紧接着于2016年4月2日又印发了《2016年政务公开工作要点》。可见党中央、国务院对政务公开的重视,可见政务公开在当下国家治理和法治国家、法治政府建设中的重要地
During the compilation and editing of this volume, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council released two important documents on government affairs openly: First, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the “Opinions on Promoting the Open Government Affairs in an All-Round Way” earlier this year, after which the Office of the State Council On April 2, 2016, the Office also issued the “Outline of Government Affairs Openness in 2016”. It can be seen that the Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the open government affairs. This shows that the government affairs are openly important in the current state administration, the construction of a country under the rule of law and the government under the rule of law
