1月下旬以来,我区遭受了50年一遇的强低温冰冻灾害,部分北部地区、高海拔地区城镇受灾严重,供电中断,交通受阻,市政公用设施、房屋受损。党中央、国务院及建设部非常关心我区灾情,自治区党委、政府于1月31日正式启动了自然灾害救助应急预案一级响应。自治区建设厅坚决贯彻自治区党委、政府的指示精神,全厅动员,迅速进入应急状态。2月1日,宋继东厅长召集有关处室负责人召开紧急会议,研究抗击灾害具体措施,对全区建设系统抗灾救灾工作进行部署。启动了建设工程重大质量安全事故应急预案、城市桥梁重大事故应急预案、城市供水系统重大应急预案和城市供气系统重大事故应急预案等4个建设系统安全事故应急预案一级响应,要求全区建设系统全面加强抗击低温冰冻灾害工作。
