装配设计是级进模结构CAD系统的核心。模具结构的装配设计方法影响到级进模结构设计的速度。提出并实现了基于散列索引二叉树的装配模型，该模型可有效地描述零件间的装配约束关系，为模具标准结构的自动装配设计提供了基础。
Assembly design is the core of progressive die structure CAD system. Mold assembly design method affects the progressive die structure design speed. An assembly model based on hash index binary tree is proposed and implemented. The model can effectively describe the assembly constraints between parts and provides a basis for the automatic assembly design of the standard structure of the mold.
