陈苏厚同志的《未泯集》一书中,有 篇题为《依法护民殚精竭虑》的文章,是 他于2002年10月所作的述职报告。这 是他带领我们维护农民合法权益的真实 写照。他首先是这样做了,然后才这么 说,而且做的比说的还要多还要好。 1997年初,陈苏厚同志任省人大常 委会副主任。上任伊始,带领我们深入调 研,依法保护农民的合法权益,推动了农 村法治建设,发挥了人大权力机关的作 用,深受农民的欢迎。
Comrade Chen Suhou’s “Unfailure Collection” contains an article entitled “Protecting People by Law and Trying Hard to Worry”, a report on his post made in October 2002. This is a true portrayal of his leadership of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of peasants. He did this first, then did he say it, and did more than what he said. In early 1997, Comrade Chen Suhou served as deputy director of the Provincial People’s Congress. At the beginning of his term of office, he led us to conduct in-depth investigations and studies, protect the legitimate rights and interests of peasants in accordance with the law, promoted the construction of the rule of law in rural areas, played a role as the organ of power of the NPC and was well received by peasants.
