基底动脉尖部综合征(TOB)是脑梗塞的一种特殊类型,1980年由Caplan首先提出,临床较少见,不易引起重视,现将我科收治的6例TOB报告如下。 一、临床资料:1.一般资料:6例TOB中,男性4例女性2例,平均病程32天,年龄69岁至84岁。2.临床表现:起病前眩晕恶心呕吐3例,突然昏迷3例,嗜睡2例,其中2例突然昏迷伴双瞳孔散大,光反射消失诊断为大面积脑梗塞,脑疝。同向偏盲2例,皮质盲1例。既往有高血压病史4例,心房纤颤史2例,糖尿病史1例。3.头颅CT表现:起病当
Basilar artery apex syndrome (TOB) is a special type of cerebral infarction, first proposed by Caplan in 1980, the clinical less common, not easy to pay attention to, now we treated 6 cases of TOB reported as follows.
