1临床资料患者男,27岁,双下肢胫前出现斑块2年。2年前,无明显诱因患者双下肢的胫前出现褐色较小斑片,无明显自觉症状,未予重视。后逐渐增多并扩大。否认局部外伤史和化学物质接触史。既往体健,无糖尿病史,家族中也无类似患者。皮肤科情况:左侧胫前和胫侧各可见一圆形褐色斑片,直径约2.0cm和1.0cm,右侧胫前可见两圆形斑片,直径分别约1.0cm和3.0cm,质稍硬,界清,上覆有少量鳞屑,中央略有萎缩,无破溃渗出结痂(图1)。
