“Grafted” companies are the product of direct integration with international industrial capital in the context of reform and opening up. The contradictions between the old and new systems and the differences between different social and economic systems have different degrees of influence on the emergence and development of “graft-type” enterprises. In the work practice of setting up “graft-type” companies, we found that there are several issues worthy of study: 1. The problem of property rights identification and asset valuation issues includes two aspects. If property rights are clear, asset assessment is only a technical issue. Because of the unclear property rights relationship, it has brought some shadow to the asset appraisal work.
