什么是学习型组织? 大多数人都曾经有过身处杰出团队的奇妙感觉。一个杰出的团队可以全力以赴地工作,完成几乎不可能完成的任务。这个团队可能是篮球队、合唱团、工作组,以及任何一起做事的群体。上高中的时候,我们遇到了一位了不起的校长。在他的启发下,我们几个同学共同创办了一个大型活动,并持续了半年之久。我们校长后来因此被评为三番市的最佳校长。获奖之后大家都很高兴。不过更令人兴奋的是这次经历本身——好的创意、团结一致的感觉和工作的过程。——一群人不断突破自己的能力上
What is a Learning Organization? Most people have had a wonderful feeling of being in a good team. An outstanding team can work hard and complete tasks that are almost impossible to accomplish. This team may be a basketball team, a choir, a working group, and any group that works together. When we were in high school, we met a great principal. Inspired by him, several of our classmates co-founded a large-scale event that lasted for half a year. Our principal was later named the best principal of San Fan City. Everyone was happy after the award. But what’s more exciting is the experience itself - good ideas, a sense of unity, and a process of work. - A group of people continue to break through their capabilities
