卧式快装锅炉在工业锅炉产量中占有较大的比例,生产该锅炉的工厂也较多。随着企业整顿,设计工作正规化,工锅所组织制订了“工业锅炉热力计算方法(报批稿).促使各厂对该型锅炉的热力计算正在日趋完善。但在计算过程中锅炉的结构计算比较粗略,只列出计算结果的数据,并不按照标准方法详细列出计算过程,如数据有出入也难以校正。笔者在应用计算标准的基础上结合 KZL 4-13型锅炉整理了下列结构计算具体例子,以供计算参考,如有不妥之处请指正.
