中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席、中央全面深化改革领导小组组长习近平6月26日上午主持召开的中央全面深化改革领导小组第三十六次会议,审议通过了包括《关于设立杭州互联网法院的方案》等在内的一系列方案。设立互联网法院是司法主动适应互联网发展大趋势的一项重大制度创新。作为参政党地方组织,民进杭州市委会一直持续关注该问题,在多次调研的基础上提出了《关于设立中国(杭州)互联网法院的建议》。
General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Chairman of the Central Military Commission, and Chairman Xi Jinping of the Central Leading Group for Overall Deepening Reform held the 36th meeting of the leading group for the comprehensive and in-depth deepening reform of the Central Government held on the morning of June 26 and reviewed and approved the “ Internet Court program ”and so on, including a series of programs. The establishment of an Internet court is a major institutional innovation in which the judiciary proactively adapts to the general trend of Internet development. As a local organization of participating parties, the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the People’s Progressive Government has been paying close attention to this issue. On the basis of repeated investigations, the “Proposal on Establishing China (Hangzhou) Internet Court” was put forward.
