文章通过文献综述、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对河北省高校公共体育课教学形式的现状进行调查摸底、分析论证。从中找出“三自主”教学形式在河北省高校实施过程中存在的问题,并提出进一步完善“三自主”体育教学形式的相应对策与建议,构造出适合于我国大学生身心全面发展的教学模式,以期为河北省普通高校体育教学改革提供参考。
Through literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, the article investigates the status quo of teaching forms of public physical education in colleges and universities in Hebei Province, and analyzes and verifies. From which it finds out the problems existing in the teaching of “Three Independences” in colleges and universities in Hebei province and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the “Three Independences” physical education form, and constructs suitable for the overall development of college students in China In order to provide a reference for the PE reform in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.
