用金相法与硬度法对不同调质硬度的42CrMo、38CrMoAl钢试样离子渗氮层厚度进行测量和比较。试验结果表明,42CrMo和38CrMoAl钢的调质硬度对硬度法测层深有较大影响,对金相法则影响不大,使二者得到的结果不能很好的统一。当调质硬度低于29 HRC时,硬度法测得的渗氮层厚度大于金相法测得的渗氮层厚度;当调质硬度升高到29~31 HRC时,两种测试手段得到的结果基本一致;当试样调质硬度高于32 HRC时,金相法测得的结果大于硬度法测得的结果。调质硬度越高,二者之间的差别越大。当两种测试手段存在差别时,渗氮层越厚,二者测得的结果差值也越大。
The thickness of ion nitriding layer of 42CrMo and 38CrMoAl steel with different temper hardness was measured and compared by metallographic method and hardness method. The test results show that the quenched hardness of 42CrMo and 38CrMoAl steels have a great influence on the determination of hardness by the hardness method, and have little effect on the microstructure law, so that the results obtained by the two methods can not be well unified. When the quenched hardness is lower than 29 HRC, the thickness of nitrided layer measured by the hardness method is larger than that of the nitrided layer measured by the metallographic method. When the hardness of quenched concrete reaches 29 ~ 31 HRC, the results of the two kinds of testing methods are basically ; When the hardness of the sample is higher than 32 HRC, the result of the metallographic method is greater than the result of the hardness method. The higher the hardness, the greater the difference between the two. When the two test methods are different, the thicker the nitrided layer, the greater the difference between the two measured results.
