目的:调查病房抢救药品管理中出现的常见问题,并分析探讨有效的改善措施。方法:总结2012年03月至2013年03月期间,病房抢救药品管理中出现的常见问题的相关资料。调查相关医护人员,其中包括已经导致后果的问题及需要预防的问题。及时地采取有效的管理措施,并观察改进措施前后药品过期与失效率,进行对比。结果:改进措施前,随机抽查40例样本中,药品过期9例,失效率为22.50%,改进措施后,随机抽查40例样本中,药品过期0例。改进措施后药品失效率与改进措施前相比明显下降,经统计学检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在改进措施实施前,40件不安全事件中有8例由药品问题所致,占20.00%;改进措施后,40件不安全事件中有0例由药品问题所致。改进措施后药品问题所致不安全事件与改进措施前相比明显下降,经统计学检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分析病房抢救药品管理中常见问题并改进,积极地采取有效措施对药品的安全合理使用至关重要。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the common problems that emerge in the management of ward salvage medicines and to analyze and discuss effective improvement measures. Methods: To summarize the relevant information on the common problems in ward salvage drug administration from March 2012 to March 2013. Investigate related health care workers, including those that have led to the consequences and issues that need prevention. Timely to take effective management measures, and observe the improvement measures before and after the expiration and failure rate of drugs for comparison. Results: Before the improvement measures were taken, 40 samples were randomized and 9 cases were expired, the failure rate was 22.50%. After the improvement measures were taken, 40 samples were randomly selected and the drug was expired in 0 cases. After the improvement measures, the failure rate of drugs decreased obviously compared with that before the improvement measures, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before the implementation of the improvement measures, 8 of 40 unsafe incidents were caused by drug problems, accounting for 20.00%. After the improvement measures, 0 of the 40 unsafe incidents were caused by drug problems. After the improvement measures, the unsafe incidents caused by the drug problems decreased significantly compared with those before the improvement measures, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is very important to analyze the common problems in ward salvage drug administration and to improve and actively take effective measures to ensure the safe and rational use of drugs.
