国家级重点学科中国人民大学宪政与行政法治研究中心学术文丛本卷有两个主题,一是“宪法变迁与宪政发展”。任何国家的宪政发展,都要面对时间性的因素。在社会变迁中,相对固定的宪法文本、政体结构,如何因应社会转型乃至如何应对社会危机,都是宪法学所必须关注的问题。在这一专题中,收录了李忠夏、陈伟、杨利敏等中国学者的论文,也收录了金斯伯格、库里、普斯特等外国学者的论文,探讨了违宪审查、宪法解释、宪法修改等手段在宪法变迁和宪政发展
National Key Discipline Renmin University of China Constitutional and Administrative Law Research Center Academic Papers This volume has two themes, one is “constitutional changes and constitutional development.” The constitutional development in any country must face the time factor. In the social changes, the relatively fixed constitutional texts, the structure of the political system, how to respond to the social transformation and even how to deal with the social crisis are the issues that the constitutional law must pay attention to. In this special issue, the dissertation includes Chinese scholars such as Li Zhongxia, Chen Wei and Yang Limin. It also includes essays by foreign scholars such as Ginsburg, Curry and Post, and discusses the constitutional review, constitutional interpretation and constitutional amendment.
