以硫酸镍、氨水和CNTs为原料,采用直接沉淀法在CNTs沉积NiO,经450℃热分解得到NiO/CNTs材料,对所得试样进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)表征,并将其加入到镁合金中。结果表明,采用直接沉淀法制备的纳米NiO可以很好地附着在CNTs上。当NiO含量为33%时,NiO可以均匀地包覆CNTs,NiO颗粒尺寸平均为20nm,并且没有发生团聚,分散效果良好。与直接加入CNTs相比,包覆NiO的CNTs更容易加入镁合金基体中,使得晶粒更细小,硬度也相应更高。
Nickel sulfate, ammonia and CNTs were used as raw materials to deposit NiO on CNTs by direct precipitation method. The NiO / CNTs materials were obtained by thermal decomposition at 450 ℃. The obtained samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Diffraction Analysis (XRD) characterization, and added to the magnesium alloy. The results show that nano-NiO prepared by direct precipitation method can adhere well to CNTs. When the content of NiO is 33%, NiO can uniformly coat CNTs. The average particle size of NiO is 20nm, and no agglomeration occurs. The dispersion effect is good. Compared with the direct addition of CNTs, CNTs coated with NiO are more easily added into the matrix of magnesium alloy, making the grains smaller and the hardness higher accordingly.
