透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid,HA)测定国内外报道屡见不鲜,而有关白血病患者血清透明质酸含量的报道不多。为此,我们进行了探讨,现将结果报告如下。 对象和方法 一、对象: (一)正常人:35人(男21,女14),年龄21～32岁.平均27.8岁。心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器无疾患,肝肾功能试验正常。 (二)白血病人组:31人。均为临床上明确诊断的患者(包括体征、血及骨髓象分析),其中急粒11例、慢粒8例、急淋5例、粒单型3例、急单3例。
Reports of hyaluronic acid (HA) determination at home and abroad are common, and there are few reports about serum hyaluronic acid content in patients with leukemia. To this end, we discussed and report the results as follows. Subjects and methods 1. Subjects: (1) Normal persons: 35 persons (male 21, female 14), aged 21 to 32 years, average 27.8 years old. The heart, liver, lungs, kidneys and other important organs did not have a disease, and the liver and kidney function tests were normal. (B) The leukemia group: 31 people. All patients were clinically definitively diagnosed (including signs, blood and bone marrow analysis), including 11 cases of acute granules, 8 cases of chronic granules, 5 cases of acute leaching, 3 cases of granulocyte phenotype, and 3 cases of cataract.
