铝活塞毛坯重力硬模铸造,目前国内普遍采用的浇注系统有鹅颈式,蛇形和刀形三种。冒口的设置,多采用双冒口。浇冒口重量与毛坯重量的比值较大,一般在1~1.5左右。国外的情况比较先进,比值比我国小得多。据机械工业部82年10月赴西德,英国“活塞技术考察报告”中介绍;英国威尔沃斯公司为0.5~0.6,西德卡尔斯密公司为0.3~0.4,西德马勒公司为最先进,估计不大于0.2。 为了减少能源和材料的消耗,国内各厂家多年来一直在研究和探讨缩小这一比值的方法,以争取较好的经济效益。某些厂家,采用单冒口铸造,收到一定的效益。但是,至今没有重大突破。浇冒口重量与毛坯重量的比值,与国外先进水平相比仍有很大差距。
