本文研究了三个不同配方的必杀微乳剂对我国难于防治的水稻褐稻虱、三化螟的生物活性。结果表明 A、B、C 三个配方的微乳剂对褐稻虱和三化螟都具有较强的生物活性,且增效作用明显。A、B、C 三个配方微乳剂对褐稻虱的毒力与单剂杀虫单比较,增效比值(SR)分别为12.81,11.67和10.32,差异极显著,三个配方之间差异显著,A>B>C;A、B、C 三个配方微乳剂对三化螟的毒力与单剂吡虫啉比较,增效比值(SR)分别为7.82,3.58和3.18,差异极显著,三个配方之间差异亦显著,A>B>C。通过对褐稻虱和三化螟的筛选结果,表明 A 配方必杀微乳剂在经济效益、社会效益、生态效益方面均优于 B、C 两个配方,故选定 A 配方作为本所开发生产该产品并申请农药登记的科学依据,用筛选后的定型配方配制的25%必杀微乳剂(1:11.5)进行的盆栽褐稻虱持效期试验,持效期达1个月;田间防治三化螟穗期试验取得了良好的控害保产效果。
In this paper, the biological activity of three different formulations of nirvana microemulsion on the control of rice brown planthopper, Borer, Chilo suppressalis in China was investigated.
