“朦朦兔”商标使用权落户中国“‘朦朦兔’(流氓兔)商标使用权落户中国新闻发布会”在北京梅地亚中心举行。会上,“朦朦兔”(流氓兔)商标所有人韩国 CLKO 公司郑重宣布,“朦朦兔”(流氓兔)在中国大陆地区有形产品的商标使用权已授权给香港越君集团公司。香港越君集团公司认为,“朦朦兔”(流氓兔)是广大青少年朋友喜闻乐见的卡通形象,其产品如带有“朦朦兔”(流氓兔)商标将有更广阔的市场前景。因而本着互惠互利的原则,共同培育和开拓“朦朦兔”(流氓兔)商标产品在中国的市场,该公司与韩国 CLKO 公司正式签订授权协议。此举标志着在香港越君集团公司的统一管理下,国内消费者将能购买到合法“朦朦兔”(流氓兔)牌产品,非法“朦朦兔”(流氓兔)产品肆意泛滥的现象将得到有效遏制,韩国 CLKO 公司以及消费者的利益也将得到有力维护。
