本研究将蜂胶牙泰（酊剂）用于治疗牙周炎，同时与１％碘甘油对比观察，并进行体内抑菌实验，评价蜂胶牙泰的临床疗效。随机选择牙周炎患者５９例，蜂胶牙泰组４５例，对照组（１％碘甘油）１４例。体内抑菌试验结果显示，经蜂胶牙泰治疗牙周袋内５种主要致病菌菌落数、厌氧菌总数、需氧菌总数、总菌数明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。临床结果蜂胶牙泰组有效率６８．９％，１％碘某油有效率３５．０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示蜂胶牙泰治疗牙周炎的临床疗效优于１％碘甘油，而且局部应用无过敏和毒副作用，是一种有前途的、天然的牙周炎局部用药
In this study, propolis toothpaste (tincture) for the treatment of periodontitis, while compared with 1% iodine glycerol, and in vivo antibacterial experiments to evaluate the clinical efficacy of propolis toothpaste. 59 cases of periodontitis, 45 cases of propolis Wotai group and 14 cases of control group (1% iodine glycerin) were randomly selected. In vivo antibacterial test results showed that the total number of anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria and total bacteria decreased significantly (P <0.01). Clinical results Propolis Yantai group was 68.9% efficient, 1% iodine oil effective rate was 35.0% (P <0.05).
