院校教学任务转型要求教员队伍管理相应提高和完善。本文认为,加强教员队伍建设,推进教员队伍建设转型,就要充分认识管理出战斗力的道理,建立和完善相关的管理制度、措施是院校转型期保证教员队伍稳定和素质提高的重要保证。
The teaching task transformation of colleges and universities requires the improvement and improvement of the teaching staff management.
