瓯海历史悠久,人杰地灵,资源丰富,经济发达。拥有大罗山、泽雅纸山、温瑞塘河、三垟湿地等独具特色的山水资源,拥有坚实的传统产业基础和雄厚的民间资本,拥有纵横交错、四通八达的交通网络,拥有温州大学城等用之不竭的高端人力资源。丰厚的历史积淀为瓯海发展特色文化产业提供了重要的资源基础,如能有效整合和发挥它们的现实作用,那么,瓯海特色文化产业的发展前景必然十分广阔。
Ouhai has a long history, outstanding people, rich resources, economically developed. Has a large Luoshan, Ze Ya Paper Hill, Wen Ruitanghe, Sanduo wetlands and other unique landscape resources, with a solid foundation of traditional industries and strong private capital, with criss-cross, extending in all directions of the transport network, with Wenzhou University City Inexhaustible high-end human resources.
