幼儿期是儿童成长的关键时期,是形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观的一个极为重要的时期,在这一时期内,儿童的认知、情感、性格都在不断地发展着。老师应该对其进行正确的引导,使其在这一过程中有更好的发展。但是幼儿的心理和情感上都还在一个懵懂期,他们对于无法在情感上接受的人会持有一个怀疑和抗拒的态度。因此,如何融入幼儿便成为老师所普遍关注和探讨的问题。只有让幼儿接受自己,才可以在发展的过程中给予幼儿正确的引导,让幼儿更好地成长;只有用心去融入
Early childhood is a crucial period for children’s growth and an extremely important period for forming a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. During this period, children’s cognition, emotion and character are constantly developing. The teacher should guide them correctly so that they can develop better in the process. However, young children are still mentally and emotionally ignorant. They hold a skeptical and defensive attitude towards those who can not be emotionally accepted. Therefore, how to integrate young children has become a common concern and discussion of teachers. Only by allowing young children to accept themselves can they give young children the correct guidance in the process of development so that young children can grow up better.
