In the early spring of 2005, with Wang Huimin (a researcher at the Institute of Cultural Relics and Cultural Relics, Hebei Province), I went to Bai Biao Village in Jingjing Mining Area and unearthed two tombs of the Tang Dynasty. Because the tomb was not dug, so, unearthed a lot of porcelain and bronze. The two tombs were unexpectedly discovered by Mr. Meng Fanfeng at the Cultural Relics Research Institute of Hebei Province during the cultural relic investigation in the mining area. I have learned from him about the discovery of the tombs. He said: "At that time Jingjing and the mining area were struggling to build a power plant in their own territory, and both sides had the idea of establishing where they were built. Therefore, the cultural relics department of the province conducted an investigation of the cultural relics in both places to see Which sites less cultural relics, choose to build the power plant on whom.
