1 病例介绍患者,男,34岁。因牙龈渗血伴躯干四肢散在皮下出血点10天于1998年9月1日住院。体检:躯干、四肢有散在皮下出血点及少量瘀斑。双侧颈及腹股沟淋巴结肿大,部分呈串珠状。胸骨下段有叩痛。心率84次/min,律整,未闻及病理性杂音。肝大右肋下约5cm。脾大左肋下约5cm。血钾
1 case presentation patient, male, 34 years old. The hospital was hospitalized on September 1, 1998 because of oozing of the gums with limbs scattered in the subcutaneous hemorrhage site for 10 days. Physical examination: The trunk, limbs scattered in the subcutaneous bleeding points and a small amount of ecchymosis. Bilateral neck and inguinal lymph nodes were enlarged and some were beaded. There is pain in the lower sternum. The heart rate was 84 beats/min, and it was regular and no pathological murmur was heard. The liver is about 5cm below the right rib cage. Spleen left ribs about 5cm. Potassium
