控制轧制在厚板生产中应用广泛,但对厚板轧机的产能有很大的影响。通过使用多块钢轧制技术可以有效地解决这一问题。介绍了控制轧制的概念,以及单机架和双机架配置下不同类型的多块钢轧制技术,同时对每种轧制技术的优缺点进行了分析。最后给出了使用多块钢轧制技术的生产实绩。
Controlled rolling is widely used in the production of slabs, but has a great impact on the production capacity of the slab mills. By using multiple steel rolling technology can effectively solve this problem. The concept of controlled rolling, as well as the different types of multi-block steel rolling technology in single- and double-rack configurations, are introduced, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each rolling technique. Finally, the production performance of using multiple steel rolling technology is given.
