河南省是我国大花生的主要产区之一,面积居全国第一。土壤和气候条件适宜,花生产量高,品质好。花生仁中含脂肪50%左右,其中大约80%由油酸和亚油酸组成。油酸与亚油酸比值(O/L)的高低决定了花生的品质性状,O/L比值高,抗氧化能力就强,不易氧化酸败,货架周期较长,耐储能力也较强。从2000年开始,我们在注重提高品种丰产性的同时,重视花生品质的研究,相继育成了一批高油(含油量56.34%)、高油亚比的品种。根据生产和市场的需求,郑州市农林科学研究所利用优异亲本材料,采用系谱法,经过多年选育,育成了高油亚比高产花
