Article 1 In order to further strengthen the management of funds for meeting of provincial administrative units, strictly control the size and frequency of meetings and regulate the expenses for meeting expenses, the present Provisions are specially amended. Article 2 Principles and Procedures for Holding Meetings All units shall strictly comply with the “Provisions of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province on Carrying out the Provisions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council Concerning the Strict Implementation of the Prohibition of Luxury Waste by Party and Government Organs”
