血管紧张索转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)在慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)治疗中的广泛应用,获得了良好的临床效果。本文通过对68例患严重CHF的死亡病例进行统计分析,就ACEI对严重CHF患者钠平衡的影响及其与预后的关系,做一初步探讨。
Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) has been widely used, obtained a good clinical effect. In this paper, a statistical analysis of 68 deaths with severe CHF, ACEI on the impact of sodium balance in patients with severe CHF and its relationship with prognosis, to do a preliminary study.
